Guys, im thinking to go down the path of putting a skoda symphony head unit and set up back in the car and use the JL audio clean sweep :smirk:

finding head uniots are a pain in the ass lol

most i hunt down i either forget they are on my ebay watch list or they have no codes

what do i need to get the code???

is it the originals cars vin number??

and the stereos serial number??

and do all the skoda symphony head units work and foit in the octavia mk1

I got an Octavia unit and fitted it in a Fabia no problem. The code I got FOC from my friendly dealer who knows I have two skodas. There is a serial number on the headunit and they can look that up to get you the four digit security code.

I had a head unit (and changer) from my Octy if that is of any help :thumbup:

Marts letting me have the changers set up from his, its a tidy head unit im noseyin for lol

haha, well the changer is in the garage, and the HU in the loft. No, that isn't an invitation to pop round and "borrow" them either :D My new CCTV will catch you redhanded :rofl:

U seem ro get them cheap enough on good ol ebay but no bugger will put themselves out to get code :( even tho it may get a better sale
