Just spotted this, we don't have an email from you, infact it appears that we may not have been receiving website enquiries for some time. Can you please confirm if you send the request via the website or by direct email?

Looking back it looks like the enquiries may have stopped working around 28/10/11 - I don't see those emails myself as Cheryl deals with them, so it's only today that it's been picked up on :(
