Can any one help please?

Featured Replies

Hi I'm asking for your help on here from my fellow members! My mate has bought FABIA VRS, but has no paper work with it at all.

The car is recorded a category C. I was wondering if any one could point me in the right direction to chase up any paper work for this car, or if any who previously owned this car let me know the history behind the car, so I could forward all the necessary information to the new owner.

Many thanks

Got the reg? I will find out what I can, and also where in england did he buy it from?

He wouldn't need to as he knows it's cat C. He just need to know who owned it before and if the previous owner can tell him anything about the car!

The vehicle reg is VU53 COJ, and the car is from wolverhampton I don't know exactly who from

Just apply to the DVLA for the log book. He'll need it anyway.

It'll come through with the previous keeper on it.

The is log book usually kept by the insurance company (or government IIRC) to make sure it's correctly logged as a cat C vehicle for future owners.

You need to get the V5c from DVLA and get the car inspected (plus an MOT) before it can go back on the road due to being a cat C. (seriously damaged)
