alloy refurb north east

Featured Replies

Getting my winter wheels thursday,I now need cold weather in order to get my leaky alloys off.

Can anyone recomend a reasonably priced company to make them nice and new again, Morpeth Northumberland North East England area?

If you were in Teesside, I would recommend, Romax in Stockton, who do a very good job. However I as I'm not from Northumberland way, I don't know of any near you.

I had mine done by a place called 'we fix alloys' I'm pretty happy with their work and its the cheapest place I could find.

Like Simon said, I paid £220 for all 4 wheels to be refurbed and powder coated, so that's £60 per wheel....

+1 for Romax. Paid £160 for 4 with tyres off. Would be £200 otherwise. My tyre fitter obligingly took the old tyres of for me & fitted the winters once they were refurbed.
