lowering springs

Featured Replies

Could anyone advise whether after market lowering springs off a mk1 vrs would fit on a (2006)56 mk1 octavia 1.9tdi still being the mk1 shape not the mk2?

From what i can see on the internet the same springs go in all models and engine sizes of mk1 octys please correct me if i am wrong thanks.

It will be the spring ratings that will differ between model, yeah they will fit but they prob won't be matched to your shocks so will be quiet bouncy

A lot will be down to the make of springs as well, some cover both and some are different rates.
