I thought that all the bulbs on the Octy gave a warning on the dash if they go, I have a number plate one out and no warning???

How easy are they to change any tools required

The number plate lamps are in parallel so if only one goes out it won't notice. Both would have to fail for the cold test to fail.

They just screw out from the outside with 2x phillips screws.
