My Yeti has been back to dealers again with the memory function duff on the drivers electric seat.

They have now replaced the Seat Controller and it seems to work so far. But the SET function on the seat seems to want a couple of minutes "rest" before entering any adjustments. I think I can live with this - but am not sure whether is strictly right.

Has anyone got this option & had this problem??

I would be very interested to hear. The car is only 500 miles old.

an enormously useful function if you both drive. I have had this on my last two Octavias but in reality my wife seldom drives my car so I have done without it this time around.

I have it as it gives much more precise adjustment than the standard seat. also swmbo drives it occasionally when I'm not using it. (not very often then!-I generally drive for several hours a day)

The memory 'set' button functions immediately on mine. Works a treat.

My memory seat function has now just failed for the second time. Only had the car 8 weeks and very annoying. First time round the dealer re-set the computer chip -Bit like re-booting a PC and all was well for a few weeks. Now gone wrong again and going back to dealer again. Mirror settings retained, as is inclination of seat back, but distance from steering wheel not remembered either by the memory button on the seat or by the key. I see that some people are saying they had a new control unit put in so maybe dealer will do that next time for my car. Otherwise I love the car and pleased we got it!!
