1K with the Monte Carlo

Featured Replies

As per my previous post after 13 months & 18K with the VRS I've now got a diesel 105 Monte Carlo & although I must admit that at times I've missed the extra 70bhp I'm happy with the Monte & on a run its averaging 61mpg which is the main reason I swapped now that I'm no longer working only thing I don't like is the bloody horn I pipped at someone I knew the other day & I might as well have whistled out of the window its pathetic to say the least they must have the same supplier as Triumph motorcycles!!!!!

I noticed that with the horn as well. It is rather asthmatic. Anyone replaced theirs?

Yep, changed immediately with Octavia A4's Hella twin horn :)

Has anyone fitted the Fabia vRS (dual tone) horn to their Monte Carlo? If so, what was involved (simply unbolt the original and bolt on the one from the vRS)? Does anybody have the part number for the Fabia vRS horn?

Thanks.
