Centigrade Temp on Dash?

Featured Replies

OK - my question... I've searched on here to find out that auto/econ switches between F and C on the air con climate control system but no idea how to have the main display ('tween the speedo/rev) display centigrade - can I do it or is it a VAG-COM thing?

Thanks

And, in other news, got four winter tyres sat here ready for trips north later in the month (I live in Sussex) based on info I've read here, so thank you. And just had to fit a new clutch (ouch) after the 'old' one went to (many) pieces (so my garage man told me) - got a single mass one in there now, it was £700 plus vat. Car seems fine since I got it back. Bank balance less healthy. Appreciate all the knowledge here. I'll offer what support I can but I know very little about cars. Better with push bikes. Car is 1.9TD L+K estate, 122,000 miles. Had it 10 months. Like it.

93 views and no replies had me thinking I must be doing something wrong. RTFM came to mind so I've revisited. It's there too, page 29 of the owners manual PDF I've downloaded. And I've now managed to set the video recorder for BBC2, 11pm wednesday. Not yet managed to switch my units. I think I should stick to push bikes
