Anybody got any ideas?

The pasv at the end could well be the issue. Look in the options of your client and try turning off pasive mode.

Edit: just noticed. 15mb. How generous!

PASV shouldn't be your problem, it's generally more compatible with NAT clients than active connections. However, it does require the FTP server to support it properly as well.

To turn off passive mode, you'll also have to forward TCP port 20 on your router to whatever internal IP address your computer has, and find out what your external IP address is (with something like http://www.whatismyip.com or similar) so you can tell FileZilla what it is (under Settings, Connection, FTP, Active Mode, Active Mode IP). You need these details as in Active mode, once you've connected to the FTP server, the server then connects back to you on a different port to do the actual data transfer, even when you're trying to upload files.

Firewall or something on your PC sticking its dirty great feet in and causing a problem....
