Folks, can anyone tell me what the differences are between the various MDI dock part numbers?

A few part numbers I've seen on ebay are; 5N0 035 341E, 5N0 035 341B and 5N0 035 342B,

Will all of these work with a Columbus in a pre-FL Octavia?

If an armrest dock is bought, can the MDI bit be removed from the amrest housing and fired in the glovebox instead?

You can remove it from the armrest housing and use it in the glovebox. It is apparently possible to remove without cutting the armrest dock, but I ended up doing so.

Yeh I saw those, thanks. Certainly handy when I actually get the bits, but I just need clarification on the different part numbers first and if all are compatible with the Columbus and Octavia.
