Is there any way of getting the 'travel mode' as an option on maxidot if it's not on there at the moment? My motor is a '58 plate L&K so I presume it's a function on the fl octys but apart from motors, I can't see why it wouldn't work on mine as it has xenons as standard. Is it just VCDS or a completely new bit of kit making it impossible on mine?

The Mk2s don't have the motors for side to side movement, just up and down. They are completely different lights and the cornering function probably has something to do with the ability to switch. I just put headlamp protectors with beam diffusers on when I go abroad, can't be bothered making them flat beam.
