Phone mount (Brodit)

Featured Replies

Is anyone using a Brodit mount in their Fabia, which fitting did you go for and how are you getting on with it?

Also, does anyone know why Brodit list a lower, angled mount (which goes to the left of the radio) for the RHD Roomster, but not the Fabia? I thought their dashboard components were the same, and part numbers for the other mounts are identical.

Also, is there a RHD version of the Skoda phone mount used in the press shots? I've only ever seen it in LHD.

Hi

I bought two brodit mounts for my Fabia the air vent mount & the door piller one

I had planed on fitting my mobile phone to the air vent mount in the centre of the dash and my gps to the door pillar mount

phone was too big to fit on the air vent mount & would have obscured the climate control so I dug out an old Dashmount that I had for a VW Passat which fits very nicely to the left of the radio

Thanks - the dashmount bracket for the Fabia is spot on and very easy to fit.

I was tempted by the Brodit mount but I find it expensive and I can't use my silicone case with it's holder.

I wanted the one in the brochure but can get them :/

Adjustable holder fits the iPhone 4 with skin (does NOT fit for iPhone without skin or with Apple original Bumper.)

That might be a problem lol

I have Brodit vent mount for the sat nav and pillar mount for my mobile in the Fabia. Yes they are pricey but far better than any other mount ive used. Had them in a Fabia and Octavia and woudnt get anything else.
