Using a handy picture of the fuse layout someone posted here a while back i finally fixed my cigarette socket. Anywho whilst in there i checked the other fuses and found im missing the fuses for the "heated washer jets" and the fuel pump!!

The car is a standard 2003 octavia tdi elegance. Should i just stick these fuses in or will my car explode if i do that? I would have thought a fuel pump is quite necessary for the car to drive but maybe its for the petrol?

Might be just for the petrol.

Do you have the heated washer jets? (there would be wires going to them if so)

I have no idea about the washer jets. I will have a look later when i get a chance. Do you know if its heated for the headlamps or the windscreen? I know the headlamp washers dont have wires going to the front part. Perhaps it heats further up the line though.

Thanks, i will hve a look tonight and see what i can figure out.

I assume if i put the fuses in and theres nothing connected nothing bad will happen anyway.
