Trim for Columbus retrofit?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the part number for the new centre console trim for a FL Octavia, if you are swopping from Bolero to Columbus?

It's the new "carbon type finish" one that I need not the usual silver VRS trim, if anyone knows?

I didn't realise you could get one in a carbon type finish......

FYI - silver one I ordered last year is 1Z0 858 069

1Z0 858 069 L 2AU - Trim for climatronic switch for vehicles with navigation system bright aluminium

1Z0 858 069 G 9B9 - Trim for climatronic switch for vehicles with navigation system satin black

1Z0 858 069 Q 2AU - Trim for climatronic switch for vehicles with navigation system bright aluminium

Where did you get those part numbers from? Are they quoted from the parts thread here or somewhere else? I'm looking for the part number for silver trim with the climatic (non climate control) but only seen it in black so I'm wondering if it even exists.

John

I don't remember where i got them, but yes, I think from this forum.

Anyways, I don't think that you'll find silver ones because they're for vRS' that come only with climatronic

No, VRS cars came with climatic as I have one hence looking for the trim for navigation trim.

John

Sorry, it was just an assumption.

Best thing tot do is call your local dealer and ask. I bought a black trim yesterday and paid roughly 7 EUR

No one fitted/ordered a carbon one yet?

That's a good find and thanks for trying but I think that's for newer versions of the car as the 'gap' directly above the controls on mine is a different shape and I don't have the small holes between the dials. Someone has posted an interesting device which allows SD cards and USB to be loaded without losing the CD changer so that may be the way to go anyway as I don't lose my parking sensor display either.

JohnMcL7, found it for you by chance (not the code though): http://www.skoda-parts.cz/predmet.aspx?polozkaID=304

Thats the silver version. The latest VRS's have a dark carbon type finish.

Anyone know any good (UK) Skoda dealers that supply parts mail order?
