octivia mk 1 vrs alarm flashing hazards

hi guys need to pick your brains i was fitting some ice in my vrs and the positive bat term was disconnected for a couple of seconds basically it poped off when i was connecting my perm live for my amp i reconnected it and safe appeared on head unit then it switched on fine since then the hazards flash when they feel like it the car starts and drives fine locks and unlocks fine but the hazards flash when the car is unlocked running or not im stumped and ideas many thanks in advance
