16000 miles in a Yeti

Featured Replies

Well today Elsie hit 16000 miles and in the 18 months ish it has taken to do this ..... abosolutely nothing has happened  ...no problems, no rattles, the mpg has only got better, she has never let me down ever and in all the snow and mud I have never got stuck or even close to stuck once, (two wheel drive as well) still on the original tyres (Dunlops), not even come up for the first service yet ...all in all pretty uneventful really....but thats the way it should be really...the only problem I have is........I like my Yeti ....but ....Mrs Octygone doesn't ..."it's just square and a box" ....do I care.....NO....... I might just be after another Yeti in 18 months time

It is satisfying, isn't it?

I think it must be a "woman" thing, but Sheila is of the attitude "well it's just another car", however she does admit to enjoying driving it more than the Freelander.
