And as if by magic i have made a coil pack remover:

Works perfect, grab it in the correct place squeeze and pull = 1 removed coilpack!

Just for a bit more protection I added a bit of heat shrink sleeving just so it doesn't mark the coilpack! This will be known as the MK2 version :rofl:

As long as it has the hook bits and they are slightly tapered should be able to grab the coil pack.

If your gunna weld maybe cut a long thin strip cut 2 bits about 100mm and one the widnth of the coil pack, put the hook bits on the ends then weld them all together in a 'H' shape, that would work better.

Have you tested it mate, not sure the hook type bits will fit in there's only a tiny gap between the coilpack and the plastics round it. you only need about 3mm to get in an hook it

Naa they didnt, il get the grinder out tomorow :)

It's a pain! My MPS with top mount intercooler was easier lol
