Jumbo Box Trim

Featured Replies

Evening all

Has anyone ever had the trim off either side of the Jumbo box. I have got the sides off that start in the footwell and run past the gear lever etc. but using the same technique can't seem to get the trim to come off.

I am trying to run a cable from the glovebox to the aux in socket in the Jumbo box but am being halted at the last hurdle.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just run the cable to the back of the radio? After all that's where the Aux socket is connect to

Maybe this will help you. It's similar in Skoda Superb.

I will connect straight into the back if I have to but that would limit the functionality of the socket in the jumbo box.

Cynical of me, I assumed it wouldn't just be a straight aux connection into the back of the Columbus.

Thanks for the tips.

You could always put another socket in the glove box, wired back directly to the Columbus and in parallel with the one in the jumbo box. Just remember to connect your devices to one or the other not both.
