h7 halogen swells

I have 2011FL wothout zenons, I upgraded both dipped and main beams (H1 & h7) to Osrams night breaker. The main beams work well but the dipped beams H7 deforms and blackens out. The bulbs doesn't fuse at all, both the dipped beam bulbs deform and go black leaving very less light. I have replaced 3 pair of H7 night breaker bulbs and none of them lasted for more than 15 days. Now em on stock osram bulbs and they work all well.... What could be possibly wrong wid the car.......

No, they are working fine its been more than six months.......

looks like faulty aftermarket bulbs then. Are you sure they were genuine Osram? I'll bet they are nasty far east copies..........................

hmmmmmmmm.... Could be, but em soon switchin over to zenons.

2020 Kamiq with ACC - opinions?

I'm looking at a 2020 Kamiq SEL as a second car, which has the fairly rare 'adaptive' cruise control (not 'predictive adaptive'). I've had mixed experiences with ACC on two Citroens. My recent C5 has it, and it works great and very smoothly so long as you remember that all it really does is keep you on station with the car in front and stop you running into it. Before that had an older Berlingo. That had ACC that it worked, but that system braked fairly hard and later than I'd have liked, then a

I drive around 500 miles per week, commuting to work and back home. I currently have a Skoda Karoq 4x4 2.0 tdi - manual and I'm looking at multiple Skoda Enyaq models. I want to buy one but I cannot decide what capacity the battery should have and what will be better for me. For 71 miles daily and with me charging the car at home over night, I really don't know especially as the car will be second-hand. Hello all, I'm looking for some feedback from those of you who have their EA888.4 ECU and DQ381 TCU tuned. Ideally, from those with the 245 version, although I'll still happily hear out those with similar EA888.3 245/280 models. I'm currently in between two possible solutions: a comprehensive RacingLine OEM+ Stage 1 ECU/TCU tune, versus a combinations of Revo Stage 1 (ECU) and TVS Stage 2+ (TCU). In both scenarios, I'll be aiming for a 95RON, low-torque file, since I'm not only limited by the

Bit of a long shot here. I have very recently bought a 66 plate Superb estate, which came with a steel 16" spare in the boot. It also came with the foam insert and tool kit for the 18" wheel, which obviously doesn't work. Does anyone have the foam insert from an old 16" sat around that they would be prepared to sell? The garage I bought from were not the most helpful, and I don't think that is likely to change any time soon. Cheers in advance.
