Lamda and cooling sensor Prices? for Oct vrs 02 plate

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have just been quoted by a local Skoda dealer for the front Lamda Sensor for my Oct vrs on an 02 plate of £107 and Cooling Sensor of £87 plus vat on both was wondering if this was a good price or not.Been a great car for 5 yrs but few things starting to go wrong now. Thanks for any advice.

Wow the last time I bought a Lambda sensor for a mkiv Golf ( 3 yrs ago)it was about £60, & I bought a Coolant temp sensor 2 weeks ago for £25. Both genuine VAG parts from TPS.

I bought a genuine Bosch front lambda for around £85 just before Xmas

Think I got a brand new one you can have for 90 deliverd

That's a ridiculous price for a coolant temp sensor! They should be about £30 from the dealer, they were a year ago!

phone up sere motors, he'll do you them at a decent price (ie not rip you off)
