Hello again!

Posted a while back when i joined the forum.

Finally found the "right" Fabia. Paid my deposit and should be going to pick it up on Saturday.

Only plans at the moment are a new head unit and a LCR splitter.

Any advice is welcome!

Your right they do hold the car back somewhat!

What is the process and cost of getting these painted? There is a bloke not far from me that specialises in respraying parts, covering up scuffs etc.

I suppose its not something easily done at home!

The grille and side strips are pretty easy but I'd have no idea where to start on the door handles. I had a local smart repairs guy do it all in for £130 which didn't seem to bad!

£130 doesn't seem to bad to me either!

Definitely something I will look into. The car has a small scratch on it that has been badly touched up so would be a good time to get that done too!
