Hey all.

Got some BBS 16" off a golf v5 fitting correct tyres next week.

Needs lowering for definate but wasnt sure how much. fabias are 4x4s anyway but wanted to see what 60/40mm lowering looks like.

Also any 35mm lowering if you have any so i can compare.

Hi Mark,

Mine left lowered 35mm on Eibach Springs but with 205/50/16 tyres

Dempsy right (no longer a member)though the car is still here (no pink wheels now) lowered about 80 mm iirc

Still makes me laugh looking at the photo

35mm is a touch high but 80 is too low for speed bumps around town so think 50mm ish is a good call.

Yep - however I am ultra careful over speed bumps - also my intercooler sits lower than it shoild so didn't have to cut crash bar when fitting so I'm very aware of kerbs and bumps
