Can collect from North London, Hertfordshire or west Essex. £100 for the tool seems excessive when a good Independent I know will do the whole job for £150 inc vat!

Have a look at some old threads and VAG sites. There are lots of pictures showing how to pull the new bushes in using a long bolt. I did this last year without trouble. Getting it high enough to work comfortably was my only problem.

I paid £82 for my local independent to fit mine.

I did think about changing them myself, but by the time I'd factored in buying everything, figured it wasn't worth it.

No I'd doubt if it will fit these bushes as well as they probably had these old fashioned bushes like, like VAG has gone back to!
