Rear discs

Featured Replies

Theyll be fine but they arent treated so will rust around the non contact areas.

They are plain discs so should be fine. If you have plain ones on the front, you should never put better brakes on the rear (eg grooved/slotted etc). If you are going to use those pads they should be also fine for the rear, but I wouldn't trust that make on the front.

Yeah got plain 312s on the front so these are hardly used.

Not massively fussed about them being coated.

I'll get a set ready for fitting.

Get yourself some Pagid items, I think the majority of them are coated.

A better quality disc will last longer and probably give better performance but for the money your looking at paying you can't go wrong really even if they don't last.

I've never skimped on any braking component so have no experience of cheap discs. The stopping power will be mainly determined by the pads you use. I pay £200 for front pads btw on my tarox b32's (carbon loraine rc5+) You pays your money......
