After the disappointment of not getting a 2008 Octavia TSI 1.8

I have been looking at a mark 1 Octavia VRS... seem quite a few around, is it a good buy.. I have a budget of £4k

She seems the same as my Bora TDi

And for 4k you'd be able to get a very good one. At the minute the market isn't very favourable on them! So bargains for buyers can be had.

The Bora might have some common parts from the VW bin, but it's a very different car to live with in diesel form. The vRS handles differently and obviously revs a lot higher due to it running on the correct fuel...

4K should buy you a nice one and if you get one off here, it should have been well looked after.

Blimey seems cheap... are they all 5 speed... the Bora is a really good drive in 115 bhp form
