Get in the car, drive to work, 3 miles, Air Con on, get to work park up turn off engine and the fans ruin for a few seconds then stop. If I do the same journey with the Air Con Off it doesn't do it.

Is it Air Con related or not?

Can't be an interruption of a regen cos the car no longer has a DPF.

Is this normal?

I am sure I have read that a few times before being a common air con related thing the question always comes up in the regen threads where people suggest fans being on could also be because of air con.

Thread below suggests if air con has been on this is normal behaviour

Mine does this, fan is loud, but seems perfectly normal.

After a few seconds following engine off, the fan turns off and slows down, sounds like a light aircraft coming in to land.

As said, this appears to be normal.
