ive still got the cubby box but not the bracket it slides on to. i will have a look to see if ive got a indicator stalk,

Don't worry about the bracket thingy. I reckon I should be able to pick one up from somewhere or other. What baffles me is how the boxes always seem to be missing. Do people just take them out and use em for odds and ends or something? Idk.

Do you reckon it'd fit my 1.6 hatch? Its the nearside one I'm after & 'cos my wheel worked loose & took out the bearing & threads I need the bearing & nut too. Walking sure does suck...
