fitting it sunday, will let u know in due course :peek: I have quite big hands, so this could be fun if tight

Nice, tempted to try this one...

I have a small q: I will order a S3 one and wanted to ask how do you fit a non-adjustable one? Some say you have to jack the car up, some say leave it on its wheels...

Was totally impressed with it. stiffened it up a treat, cornering is soo much better, much more even. :nerd:

And another q regarding handeling:

I will buy upper and lower S3 braces. With stock farb and no rarb, does that induce more understeer as it makes the front end stiffer?

Thanks for comments buddy,

The S3 Strut brace is none ajustable and you can fit it in 2 ways:

1. Drill holes right through suspension turrent and use bolt/nut to hold S3 brace down. This will require car to be jacked up to get to fitting and holding the nuts whilst tightening bolts from top.(this is the most common way)

2. Use the S3 lower brace fitting standoffs and bolts. This allows you to fit with car on ground. You drill holes from top and then place the standoffs/rivets into holes then use the bolts to clamp down rivets remove bolts fit brace and rebolt down. This allows you to remove bolts from above if you ever want to remove brace.
