been having countless problems with the fabia,

got her scanned and gave me the following fault code: p1250, prc solenoid fuel pressure, [Fuel Low]

under the following conditions i get these symptoms:

normal steady driving - fine

hard accelerating to get to motorway speeds rpm surges,

continuous hard accelerating in gears ; 2,3,4 up to motorway speeds engine surges and engine check light on,

next time car starts no engine managment line car fine.

with check light on; Idle very rough, and jumpy.

any ideas?

You don't usually see this code on its own. I suspect that your generic code reader is not seeing all the codes or you haven't stepped through all the codes.

Try a new vw fuel filter and clear the codes

ok, ive already changed the fuel filter,how ever ive got a removable regulator and trying to get a new one of them is like rocking horse ****! unless anyone has any ideas where to find one? other wise its a case of resetting the codes, I also had a cylinder 2 misfire before hand but that cleared and gave me this current fault?
