Is it possible to take it out from there? and could it actually do any harm If Its left there? Aaah, so stupid....

69 leave it you'll create more issues, it will find a little spot and stay there IMO but it may come out too play when you give the furby some beans

Yeah leave it - to reach back there is will probably mean removing the whole dash.

Things that fall into the defroster vents often end up lodged against the pollen filter or in the tray underneath the heat exchanger, but they can even end up coming out of the rear ducts.

What about dropping the oil filler cap into the engine bay?

Happened to me the other day but thankfully was 'caught' by some piping. Will be more careful next time!
