Spiders

Featured Replies

Here is a pic of my car with the Spiders fitted after I gave it a good clean as the weather was nice, and to remove the gunk the tyre fitters use to mount the tyres on the rim, as I had them fitted on Sat morning.

I fitted new centre caps and new bolt in valves along with the round wheel nut covers.

The look of the car is now comical looks like its on stilts lol, so I must get the Eibach springs on ASAP along with my Whiteline RARB and also the SuperPro FARB bushes, Meyle HD droplinks also.

It does look good, but yeah a bit on the high side, but not much.

I've got a set waiting to on very soon.

Mine is going to look exactly like yours though, only differences being lack of rubbing strips and painted door handles on yours. :giggle:

looking good Lee! keeping her clean Tim would be proud lol

Looks good thanks for the teaser, mine are due on soon too!

I was refurbishing them today myself actually, there weren't a terrible set but did have a bit of kerbing and needed further cleaning and spraying.

Just a bit more work and lacquering, and they should be ready for new tyres and looking good like yours

A bit high but nothing terrible I'm not going to lower as it will make insurance more hassle, has to be declared doesnt it

They looks beautiful but I also agree with you on the lowering springs!

Also do you mind if I ask what tyres you put on the 17's

Cheers blokes, can't wait for the springs to be put on it will make it look a little nicer on the eye and it will be nice to lose the diving the car does under braking and accelerating also.

Not at all bud, I put some new Yokohama Parada Spec2s on the spiders, size 205 40 17 can't really comment on what they are like yet.

Do you need to do any other changes when putting the Eibachs on, as want to do the same to mine but not if it's too costly??

Car is looking great. B)
