It's being mapped on Friday, it should see 150bhp which isn't bad when it weighs like 170kg...

Gotta make the vRS faster now...

I know it looks cack in standard form but so does the vRS, give me a couple of weeks to get things sorted. :D

Stunning bike ! Looks fab as it is! I take it's the 750cc version?

I once went flat out against a GSXR 750 on the Autobahn while heading to the nurburgring and i was doing an indicated 186mph on my R1 and the pesky little 750 walked away from me!!

Yeah it's the 750. I had the 600 before but crashed it...

I saw 184mph (indicated) on the 600 and this is meant to have a 15mph higher top end. Looking forward to maxing it out... :)

Unless you've ever ridden a bike like this you'll never understand what real speed feels like especially after driving around in our diesels! I'm glad i've been there and done that but don't do it any more as these super bikes are just too fast for public roads.

My mate had a ZX10 which would do 100mph in first gear and still has five gears left to play with!

My mate has one of those....my bike is a lowly 955i, 149hp and a portly 188kg to your gsxr !

Still, indeed it does make the fabia seem quite slow in a sense (not that slow mind you)

Thats one hell of an impressive spec list you had on your 600,no need for ohlins as they were set up fantastically from the factory

Also aint no chicken strips on those tyre's lol :D

100 in first ..... are you sure. That I'd like to see.

Yup, ZX10-R's can allegedly do 104 in 1st gear

Nice bike, ride carefull,

Nice bike, ride carefull,

Cheers dude. :)

My 750 does like 85mph in 1st and that's not considered to have a long 1st gear. I'm sure some ZX-10R's do like 120mph in 1st...

Ohlin's forks/shock and a tuned 750 engine was the last thing I wanted to do to my 600. :(

Mate of mine had an ex-works Hawk ZX7-RR with road kit....175bhp,170 Kilogram wet weight....was stupidly quick but so easy to ride.

If you want a right giggle, get a supermoto as a second bike Luke. Had some wicked laughs on my DRZ :D

Pirelli supercorsa's FTW :D

Good luck

Aha!

Good choice

My brother has the thou and me dad got the ZZR1400, ridden both and they dont come near the old tractor lol

Ride safe dude :)

I really fancy one of these... Talking about pxing the R1 For one at the moment.

My BiL has one of these, well, I thinks it's a 1000cc or maybe bigger (if they do one, I know naff-all about bikes). He's been riding years, but admits his 'makes' him do naughty things! Ride careful.

I miss my 750 :( had a K4 that I sold in October for an SV1000, was 0.26mph away from losing my license and didnt even realise what speed I was doing so downgraded.

Awesome engine, awesome handling, awesome bikes!! Gixerjunkies forum will become your world haha

I have a GSX-R 1000. I have seen 95mph in first gear! Has a Yoshi can, k&n filter and the tre switch fitted which is supposed to take the limiters off in certain gears. Been around europe several times where the roads are more suitable! I must say, the pyrenees are by far my favourite.

Nice bike Luke, Uncles got a GSX-R 1000. Power commander, exhaust, de-cat, carbon bits and bobs. Making around 190-200 at the wheel. Get purple flames on over run like that lambo on topgear
