Group hug marTTyn?

Love the TTRS. Good blend of economy, power and luxury.

I always read rumours the chassis just can't handle the power which is why it understeers so much. I'd have one though

Just a shame the TT-RS is biased towards front wheel drive, which compromises it's cornering ability.

Because they take small mods very well to give amazing performance and in S tronic a 0-60mph time of not far off 3 seconds!!

I know that makes them safer for joe public though.

edit: surprised to see this was in the Fabia mkII section rather than General Car Chat.

Moved to somewhere more appropriate.

When I was younger I loved looking at these, I now have a Quattro in the form of my A8 Quattro Sport but compared the TT-RS its very tame.

Hate to be pedantic but the old one is Sport Quattro not Quattro Sport. A guy reasonably near me has one (Phil Short, used to be a co-driver in quattro S1s) and I would snap his hand off for it, even though it's white! And I had pots of cash. Which I don't.
