I just got one of those emails from PSN too same thing exactly but for today on Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam. I joined a server and as happens more and more these days with less playing, 2 guys in there on opposite teams one waiting for the other to spwan and killing him continuously to points boost his rank up........ This annoys me as I earned my points honestly. But some will message you saying what they are up to and asking you to leave, some send a message as this git did telling me to get out of server then he team kills me a few times...... 

I sent a reply to his message for which I got my 'warning' which said "pathetic dishonest points boosting cheating looser"....... So in response to this first ever warning and working out how to report people I have sent PSN over 50 for violently abusive swearing and every other possible type of offensive category going from people who dislike me kicking their holes and vent their frustrations by sending abusive messages. I would love to think I have just created a load of work for someone at PSN, but it's prob all automated :(
