Got a little email from playstation network after being kicked from a room in GT5 and making my feelings known, via the xmb messaging to the little gobsh* te who had me kicked.

Two things learnt, complain first before they do

and

Don't try to circumvent the offensive language block.

That is all.

Tell 'em to f**k off :p

Was it a 12 yr old kid? :p

I haven't managed to play GT5 online yet.. is it worth cracking out the g25 i wonder.. Any bumps and shunts while playing online? I seem to remember seeing ghost cars alot.

I'm not really into playing it online either, I like the seasonal events as they change periodically

and usually pay very well. I also don't want to be humiliated by Mr Level 36 Beefy :D

I still need to give you a race online though Garry, I'm a clean racer - honest :p

Theres levelling involved?? what do you get at higher levels? (im a sucker for levelling type of games  )

Oh yes, essentially for levelling up you get full access to the game and all events.

Maybe a car or two for reaching certain milestones, the further on you go the more races

you have to do to reach the next level. This applies to your b spec drivers as well.

The cars also have minimum levels to buy/drive them, .

For instance, you can't buy or drive the Formula GT until you have reached level 24.

And with the races for example, you can't partake in the real time 24hr Nurburgring

endurance race until you reach the top driver level which is 40. I am still sitting at a lowly level 32 :(

Mostly the levels are there to make you keep playing the game. It seems to work...

 Bring it on big boy, I'll make it as painful as possible, you in your best spazda and I'll still cane you in my sh!tfire

A little bit of rubbing don't hurt anyone

Main thing that annoys me with online is how specific requirements are. By the time you sort a car to meet them the room closes. Either that or you've got kids drifting all the time and not racing. Don't think I've had a decent race online.

Get a PC and come on rfactor2 historics , sign up at racedepartment.com , great racing in the 1960s F3 and good fun people to race with , no kids messing on there as you have to protect your racing licence by behaving.

Mrs grr has commandeered the TV to watch some poxy series called Game of thrones.

Basically kno8s and swords... Not my cup of rosie but she's just bought the box set and loves

that kind of thing.

I can get on after 9-9.30 as she has work tomorrow and I don't. Yay!!

Maybe I won't lol my mrs had stolen the spare telly

I'll be on later grr666 add me when you're on and we'll hook up dude psn = fatty5000

The more the better. I'd like more one make races and races on real tracks. I don't like tight tracks with loads of power especially when I haven't played GT5 let one with a wheel in a good few months. I'm thinking

Standard Golf GTI MK5 - Nurburgring

GT86 - Anywhere

Caterhams perhaps

Then build up to faster stuff
