Just a quick one, putting some bigger front brakes on my Mk2 Octavia VRS next week

and was wondering if the standard brake kit from my Mk2 Octy will bolt straight onto my sisters Mk1 Fabia VRS and will they fit under the 16inch alloys?

No, unless all Octy mk2s are not 5x112 PCD. Fabia 1 is 5x100 PCD. ISTR the carriers won't fit either.

Nope, as vindaloo said, nor the calipers or the discs will fit.
