Hi All,

Ive just bought a Forge TIP from Awesome and ive just been looking ready to install it and noticed the ally pipe that connects to the turbo is bolted on but the new item doesnt or am i missing something? Do i just jubilee clip it on once the metal one is removed or is there another part i need?

yes mate just jubilee it in place

you will find you might need to trim it down slightly easy to get to it from underneath

They fitted the fmic snd my blue hoses ...... I had money burning a hole and they did a deal and stuck it on too

Yep agree, probably have to trim it buddy. I took off 2" on mine. Depends on what company you got the hose from.

and yes expect to loose a few knuckles doing this job.

Mine was a pig to get on, took me ages then it popped off a few days later! Grr.

Has been on for years now though with no issues.

Agree with all of the above, just make sure the hose is pushed fully on the turbo inlet spigot and that the juberlee clamp is nice and tight. To stop mine working itself off the turbo I made up a little clamp plate and used the existing screw/tapped hole to hold it in place.
