I agree - it's ludicrous. He should instantly lose his license. This could have been much worse. What if OP was a motorcyclist?

Lol, I'm also tempted, but I dread to think how many times it catches me raging at people and shouting "TURN YOUR BLOODY FOG LIGHTS OFF"

Aldi head cams next week keep on your head at all times for complete protection,actually it's for ski people so even they want a camera now, I suppose it's for when they cause a avalanche, so they can film the snow about to bury them,be usefull for utube or the coroner.
