Hi Folks,

My 1st post on here, Just purchased my 1st Skoda last week.

It's a 2008 Octavia VRS TDI PD It's the 3rd VAG car out of 3 cars i've owned.

I started with a 98' 1.0 VW Polo then moved up to a 02' 1.4 Seat leon and now moved up to a real car! I was getting some stick from my friends about it being a Skoda but a quick blast out soon changed there minds

I'm 24 so the insurance was actually cheaper to get a diesel than the petrol and I only do about 6,000 miles a year so hopefully won't have the dreaded DPF stories I hear on here!

I will get some photos uploaded some time this week when it's clean

Are there any younger Octavia VRS owners on here?

Welcome! Make sure your car gets a good long one regularly though. A petrol would have been more suitable for your needs so take the necessary precautions!
