It definitely has noticable resonating in the cabin at idle but nothing too annoying. The difference in pickup is worth it, no slopping, though to be fair the old bush was totally wasted anyway.

Is it fairly simple to adjust the idle speed on the VCDS?

I had the 70k fitted to mine and only noticed a slight increase in vibration, nothing you would notice if you didnt know I had one fitted.

I noticed a bit difference just replacing the mount with a new one. I can definitely see the advantage if I was running more power though. The standard one copes fine with 130 + a tuning box.

The vibration would do my head in though! lol

I fitted one of these to my polo, i only had it on for a day, the fillings in my teeth were working loose !

Took it off, went and bought me a standard bush, tickover is nice and smooth now.

If anyones interested in buying it let me know, will be cheaper than new, only been on for a day.

I fitted one of these at the weekend, not much of a difference really for in cabin vibrations, ever so slight if anything, but I've noticed the engine seem's to fire up quicker/smoother, gear changes are smoother and also seems to come on power sooner aswell

Yeah definitely the right one dude I double checked the packing and with the seller.

I think I've got an upper gearbox mount gone or on its way which caused the extra vibration!

Very easy to do, I was going to do a guide but it was raining lol. 4 bolts to remove it, then a hammer and flat blade to persuade the old bush out. I pressed the new bush in by placing a wooden board over the top and standing on it lol
