Is it possible to disable hill hold? I left foot brake autos and hill hold just gets in the way.

If like the Octavia, yes via VCDS

Why would you?

On the Passat there's a button called auto hold that can be enabled or disabled. I figure it's the same thing... Doesn't the Skoda have such a button?
