i am need of some help, i need to change the rear springs on my 95' favorit. the thing is the local garage quoted me £120 for the two rear springs alone, as far as im concerned thats far to much... anyway my question is, is there any other car (e.g felicia, vw golf ect) that have cross compatible rear suspension coils??

I think you can use felicia hatchback springs on the back.. They are a different length I believe but If you use the dampers as well they work.. Jimbo will know this for sure and he can confirm if this will be kosher..

Mk3 golf dampers will fit too but the springs are too long.

Whats wrong with the springs mate? have they broken?

felicia rears will fit , they are slightly different poundage but not far out.

its usually the spring seats on the struts that rust away and fail but again felly ones fit
