upgrade exhaust systems

Featured Replies

looking to up grade my exhaust system. i want one with a cat, i know miltek make one along with blue flame.

but what is the best value for money, best fit etc

Personal experiences, seems that adding the sports cat add a sizeable bit of coin to the overall price tag but I would prefer to keep the cat

cheers

one more question will a 100 cell sports cat cause CEL problems down the line, is it better to stick with a 200 cell?

Search this forum for "100 cell" and "200 cell" covered on here loads of times.

right-o sorry mate should of done that first!

No worries mate, just I remember the whole 100 vs 200 thing came up a about a few years back. Your best bet for exhausts are Milltek or Blueflame, Piper do a good one as well it was developed by one of the guys on here who used to work for them (GarryC) his car is on their website. I had a go in his car, lovely burble at idle and not too noisy on the motorway (though I would say louder than a Milltek or Blueflame)

I love my Piper one. Quality is excellent and the sound is great. It didn't sit how I wanted and I ended up getting it cut and welded in the right place. But if I was in the UK I would have gone to them for fitting and presumably it would have been better :)
