Whats with the tow bar?

Previous owner had it put on. Never used it myself, and too much effort to bother to remove it unless it fails MOT or something Agree it's a somewhat pointless addition on a car of this weight and low power. Perhaps previous owner got rid when they fitted the towbar and realised they couldn't tow anything? Only use is to make a nice hole in the bumper of anyone who rear ends me

Looks mega,mines got the coil adjusters out and doesn't fit that flush
