My Felicia 1.6 Has A Serious Smoking Problem And A Creaminess To The Oil, Does This Mean That I Am Looking At A Head Gasket ?

Define "serious smoking problem". What you say does look that way - creamy/mayo oil is usually the result of a blown HG.

Well No Matter How Long Its Running It Pours Out White Smoke And Stinks Of Unburned Fuel

how about posting 2 photos ?

- one of a spark plug

- one of cooling fluid from expansion tank

not starting each word with a capital letter might help too ;)

If the engine is constantly losing water from the cooling circuit and it mixes with the engine oil to produce the creamy oil, this means your engine may need head gasket replacement and/or replacement of the gaskets between the combustion chamber sleeves and engine block mating surfaces. But since your car engine pours out white smoke and stinks of unburned fuel, i am pretty sure it is the head gasket. If you do take the cylinder head out, its very important to check its' lower face that sits on the gasket for corrosion mainly around oil and water passways and around the perimeter of the combustion chambers. Also check its' face for distortion in case the engine over heats occasionally. Finally, a cracked engine head is a weak possibility but may cause a problem like yours'.
