Fabia vrs 2003 tailgate voltage problem

Hi chaps hope you can help. The tailgate stop opening on my car so upon investigation I found that I had 2.8v to the supply solenoid when pressing the button so assumed that the system is working the solenoid using canbus. Anyway before I could test the solenoid actuator I think I blew the fuse that supplies this system. Replaced fuse but still now have no voltage to this supply wire although I can hear a clicking relay in the control module when I press the switch.

Have I got to code the tailgate back to the car is my question? Or is it something else?
