I am looking for this cover of the left boot side-panel on a LHD Octavia. Since it is not possible to order just the cover as an accessorie part, nor as a replacement part, any idea where can I get one? Through the dealer I can order the whole side panel with the cover, not just the cover.

It was dropped from later models as the CD multichanger that used to be stored in there has now also been removed due to the introduction of the Bolero headunit with integrated CD changer.

Skoda do still do a storage solution as an accessory that'll fit...

It was dropped but seems to have made a re-appearance for some MY12 models as my 61 plate Scout came with the cover.

This estate still has it. As I understand it the removal only affects the hatch...
