Lip Sync gets worse with time, HD channels

Featured Replies

I have a Samsung LCD TV and Samsung Home Cinema BlueRay thingy.

HD channels received via Virgin cable and V+ box.

Audi from BlueRay to TV via optic cable, all other cables HDMI, no scarts used.

TV does NOT have a HD receiver built in.

Whenever I watch HD channels, the lip sync starts off OK then gets worse over say 10 minutes to the point of being unwatchable.

If I flick channels and return to the HD channel it resets and is OK, but then gets worse over 10 mins.

I have tried all sorts of delays from 0 to max in the menus, to no avail ?

Any ideas ?

I have a terrestial HD set top receiver box, aint tried that yet.

(Model numbers and settings to follow)

Channel 5 HD is appalling lately on Sky.
