Drop Tech1e a PM - I'm sure he will happily do it for £499 saving you over £100 :giggle:

He's just south of Worcester which is about an hour or so from Bristol and could do it properly in a few minutes. He also uses genuine parts that will definitely work.

Do you know what steering controller you have fitted and whether it will allow CC to be installed?

If yours is not compatible then that would bump the cost up a lot, especially if you use genuine and new parts (over £250 for the controller, over £100 for the stalk, fitting - 1.5 hours? - and coding - 30 mins)

Both my Octavia's have cruise, on the 2008 Scout the light on the dash to signal its turned on is green, but on my 2007 vRS the same light is orange.

Each time I turn it on in my vRS my heart rate increases slightly as I see the orange warning light as I thing something is wrong!

Pretty sure DSG models have compatable controllers, not had one I couldn't do yet.
